    Scope & Contract

    We define exact scope, deliverables, milestones, and price up front. No 'we'll figure it out as we go.' Either it's a fit, or we tell you so.

    Discovery & Design

    First 2–4 weeks: stakeholder interviews, data review, and detailed design. We pressure-test assumptions before we build.

  3. 03

    Build & Ship

    We build alongside your team. We never replace them. They own the operating result; we own the timeline and the artifact.

  4. 04

    Handoff & Embed

    Final week: handoff session, documentation, and a 30-day check-in to make sure the change actually sticks.

Fixed fee scoped before contract. Multi-project programs are typically scoped at the lower end.
